To protect our company from loss of earnings and the short notice to schedule other work in due to cancellations, the following policy applies;

We offer a 14 day cancellation policy with the following terms

If you cancel within 7 days of your build date, you lose the full deposit amount.

If you cancel within 7-14 days of your build date, we will refund 50% of the paid deposit.

If you cancel with more than 14 days until your build date, you will receive the full deposit refund.
